Referred by my insurance company following an incident over Christmas. The waiting time was a little long because they were busy but it wasn't major so I could keep my vehicle on the road without problem. The service at the front desk from the two ladies up front was courteous and professional. At my request they got me a vehicle that suited my needs for work. The big plus which made for me that it was an excellent service, the extra mile as they say, is that my car which was due for an interior exterior wash following the conditions on the road recently and my little free time to free myself , my vehicle came back to me completely washed, inside and out! Even my servicing dealer doesn't wash the car. They let me return the vehicle a little later because of the storm and bad road conditions without putting any pressure. My car is like new both in terms of dent removal and its cleanliness. Thank you, Chloe

My vehicle was involved in an accident while it was parked just over a week prior to having to leave the province for the holidays. Débosselage La Prairie came highly recommended for its body work and I am really glad we made the decision to leave our vehicle in their care. Joe was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout the process, ensuring we were aware of what was happening every step of the way, and going out of his way to keep us informed and comfortable prior to taking any action. Due to the back and forth with my insurance company, they were even willing to let my vehicle stay on their lot a couple of extra days while the final details were ironed out. Upon picking my vehicle up after the work was complete, I can honestly say that it looks even better now than it did prior to the accident. The car was fully detailed inside and out prior to pick up. The entire experience was unbelievable, especially when considering how devastated I was at the time of the accident when the entire front end of my vehicle was destroyed. I would give Joe and Débosselage La Prairie 10 stars if it were possible. If you need body work done on your vehicle, don't delay any further — call them right now!
