We were looking for dining room chairs and had the good fortune of dealing with the manager/designer Carla. She was very knowledgeable, generous with her time, respectful of our vision, and super pleasant. After a less than pleasant experience at another store, she restored our belief that there are professionals who have integrity and are pleased to provide an excellent service. We highly recommend the Gatineau store and Carla in particular for a great customer experience. We will be back.

Looking for unique and/or custom furniture? Do not search anymore! We discovered this gem of a store while trying to find chairs and stools to go with our new dining table and kitchen island. We searched everywhere and were about to give up when, to our delight, we discovered Vice Versa. A design store where you can select the type of chair legs and fabric you want and, might I add, affordable. Plus, we were in a hurry to receive our chairs and stools, a total of 12 chairs, and Vice Versa did not disappoint. I would be remiss if I didn't highlight the excellent service we received from Etienne. He went above and beyond to ensure our chairs were delivered in record time and made sure we were kept informed throughout the process. I would not hesitate to return to Vice Versa and recommend them for all your furniture needs. You will be pleasantly surprised and not disappointed!
