2023 - Since the ownership has changed the new staff-customer service and pharmacist are horrible. Pharmacist jokes with his selected staff or ignores everyone while clients are standing at the counter waiting to be served.2018 - I received excellent service when i transferred my dossier here from out of town. The staff and pharmacist went out of their way to complete a task and offered me wonderful service.

This is the one I go to , great selection of everything I need whether medication or cosmetics ? I've been reading lots of bad reviews , not sure how , people who works there have always been nice with me

They took 6hrs to prepare the prescription. Then tells me to sit down to talk to the pharmacist because it will be a long wait. Always have a very long waiting time at the pharmacy and bad service from 1 male employee. Worst pharmacy I ever been to. Changing pharmacies.

Terrible customer service ever since ownership changed. Some of the pharmacy teenage employees are clueless and pretty much useless. Waiting times are terrible. You can wait there for 10 minutes and no one will talk to you. This pharmacy used to be good, not anymore.

Always find what I need at this location, great deals when not on sale things are a little bit pricy but i guess that is just what u get for shopping at a pharmacy. Overall the cashiers are very nice and helpful.

These employees who share a few important minutes with their pharmacist and his/her staff feel like they are important and I love all the stass at this Gatineau branch....Thank You for having servev me for the last 20 years and you will continue to be there for me with your usual smiles and impeccable service.
