I normally don’t write a review, but I have to. The staff on the phone told me they would have to put me on hold for several minutes and never came back to me. Then when I call them again, just automatically put me on hold after I spoke to them in English. Is this for real? This is such terrible service. Please be more professional and mature when dealing with customers.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Showed up to pick up an online order and it wasn’t busy. Gave them the order number and it took them thirty minutes before I simply gave up and asked for a refund. It was not a staffing issue since there were four people milling about not doing much of anything. While I asked for a refund, I didn’t end up getting one (because it was an online order). So on top of not getting my product, I didn’t get reimbursed, had to wait half an hour and the person working there showed zero interest in resolving the problem. Meanwhile my husband waited in the car with three crying kids because an extremely basic item pickup (ALREADY PAID FOR) could not be completed due to utter incompetence. Massive avoid. Won’t be shopping at Linen Chest again and will now have to deal with the *wonderful* online reimbursement process during work hours thanks to the in store incompetence. No thanks.

Love this store but it’s too bad that I didn’t get help from any staff as needed. The girl at the cashier called out twice but no one came to help even though there’re only a few customers in the store. I still made a small purchase just because I love the stuff and hopefully they’ll improve their customer service in the future.
