Wow, what service, we had an electrical problem between the car and our trailer. We arrived unexpectedly, they welcomed us with impeccable service and took the time to explain our problem to us.

Excellent service!! We were 2 hours from home, having just left for a 10-day camping trip with our trailer and our 2 young children, when we had a problem with a wheel of the trailer. In an emergency, we called and stopped at L'Expert de la Remorque and they were able to repair everything and advise us well to prevent future problems. In addition to the very friendly and accommodating staff, a beautiful clean bathroom! ?? Thanks again for saving our vacation!!??

The seller gave me very bad advice and my quad didn't fit in and he blamed me when I told him in advance. He didn't even plan the dimensions. I am very dissatisfied and no after-sales service.

Loved my experience at expert de la remorque. Super-friendly staff—the guy even came out and tested my lights for me. Excellent service. Definitely comingback.

These people love trailers. Super friendly and great to work with. Little details like: when I was backing up, they saw that my camera was dirty and they cleaned it, and when I was leaving, they took the time to give me directions, factoring in construction work. Also there's a cat that hangs around the store and all the staff love it and take good care of it.
