There was a time when this Best Buy was excellent. In recent years, the service has really deteriorated. I've been buying all my electronics on Amazon ever since, but today I took a chance. I reserved a product in store, put in my credit card, and picked it up. I showed two pieces of identification on my phone, and my physical credit card, in addition to the email that confirmed the order. It wasn't enough for them, it absolutely takes two physical coins (which I didn't have with me). Nice job, you potentially prevented a $50 LED light fraud! After that we wonder why people no longer go to stores and the big stores go bankrupt. It will remain Amazon for me.

I thought the label and price meant something but according to the manager, it doesn't. Only the QR code matters even if the product it leads to isn't the same as the description on the label. If what's in the store doesn't matter, why even have a store.

this store is very bad regarding delivery (fedex and puro), I have not yet received my item that I bought on April 11 partybox 710 I needed this this item for Saturday April 13 which n I never got it delivered, I don't understand why do a special when the store doesn't have it in stock

Ordered play station 5, with store customer service 6 days ago. I get a tracking # with FedEx, I follow the location of the package says it’s delivered to the store, I receive a text msg to say that the play station 5 has arrived and ready to pickup. I get to the store same day within hours, and waited an hour and they say they can’t find it. Not impressed with them not at all. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I'm giving it 1 star today because I had two unpleasant experiences at this Best Buy.First, it's been a while, but in 2021 I was interested in getting an iPad Air, because I had an iPad gen10 and wanted a change. When I arrived, I was immediately advised not to take the iPad air and to take a normal iPad instead. I understand that an employee wants to give us advice, but to be so insistent... especially when it comes to a sale. Not only that, but I was fully prepared to pay the amount owed. Strange that I was being persisted with for a sale... Anyway, another gentleman arrived and his service was even stranger. He was trying to convince me to buy a Samsung tablet instead of an iPad. I kindly explained to him that I had already had a Samsung tablet and that I hadn't really liked how it worked. He literally persisted with me for 10 minutes about how Samsung made better products than Apple and all that stuff. So there, I was absolutely exasperated with the situation. It's a personal preference, I prefer the Apple brand. So why not just let me buy it without trying to persuade me that I should ABSOLUTELY buy a Samsung tablet. Frankly. As a salesperson it seems to me that when a customer wants to buy something and has already done their research AND knows what they want, selling to them seems to be obvious.For my second unpleasant experience, it happened not so long ago. I was interested in buying a used iPhone 13. I had seen a few on their site. But then the service was more than mediocre! More than 5 equally incompetent employees, who looked at me with goldfish eyes. I just wanted help ordering a phone from their site or to have them look in the back if they don't have one in stock. I was told that it was impossible, because they are not the ones who manage these sales. Should I remind you that “these sales” were on their site? So why can't they help me or handle these ads?In short, unfortunately I don't have anything positive to say about this Best Buy.

today morning I came to Best Buy to purchase S 24 Samsung . The lady MARIAME show me the phone and they explained all the features and they said it’s 899+ tax and I said OK I want the purple colour they said they have the availability . And they get phone for me when it’s going going to billing is showing 1299. they simply said you have to purchase it online. I asked them the question why are you display and expanding the price and you said it’s 899+ tax on end of the billing why you change your words. then they call the manager JIMI he’s very very rude with me. He simply said you have to purchase an online. I already explained the situation. why you did not saying the same thing to your sales person when he selling the phone, they already expand meeting the 899+ tax he simply said whatever you want to do if you want to complaint, then just go complaint on online I don’t care. This is not the way are not a way to treat the customer.

Went in there with the intention of purchasing a specific item and didn’t have lots of time: got fast and friendly service, was in and out all within 10 minutes. No waiting to get help, no attempt to promote or try to sell me anything else, just info about what I needed. Thank you for the great experience.

It was lucky that I received Francis' advice for purchasing my laptop. Dominique at the service also improved my customer experience. The other clerks in the store seemed more busy talking among themselves than serving customers. It was lucky that its 2 employees were present that Sunday because I would have chosen another place for my purchase.

Buy a television in September 2023. The seller tells us that it is preferable to take the excess guarantee for 3 years, as no matter what happens, I will have a guarantee, no matter the nature! For 1 week, there has been a burn in the screen who knows what it is, and best buy tells me that I have no guarantee with them, it is with the manufacturer (Samsung), who does not want to do anything.. so a 799 TV, no longer the guarantee of 280, for a total of $1257, and I can't do anything with it!!! Sellers just tell lies!!! I had someone with me during the purchase, and both, we understood very well that the seller is just a crosser... I can't believe it.. I'll NEVER buy from best buy! I advise you to do the same!!!!
