I brought my 12v fridge in for repairs. During the 2 months that my fridge was with them, no follow-up was done on their part. I had to contact them many times to get news and generally, no one knew exactly what was happening, if the repairs were going to be done soon and rarely was I able to speak with the technician. After 2 months of waiting, they told me that they were not able to contact the company (Novakool) to obtain troubleshooting protocols and that after several tries they were going to give up and that I would have to come and get my fridge. The icing on Sunday, I had to pay a $70 fee for the time the technician took to open the fridge. I called NovaKool today. In less than 2 minutes I was in contact with their technical support and they sent me a protocol to determine my problem + the parts necessary for the repair.I have rarely been so frustrated with a merchant.
