Once I found Lisa in the customer service warranty side of this business I was well looked after.
I had used the wheels off a vintage set of CHAMPS luggage and was very happy to learn she could get me another set (probably had to do a lot of digging to make this happen.)
I am happy to use my luggage for a few more years??

Champs was a pleasure to deal with when one piece from our luggage set needed to be replaced. Amanda in the warranty department was particularly knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and friendly. She resolved our issue within days of contacting the company. Very happy with her service and would highly recommend this brand!

I purchased a Champs Vintage 2 large suitcase with airmiles. It is a stylish looking piece. My first hard side suitcase so I was concerned that I wouldn’t care for it. I took it on a cruise and was very happy with the function except the trolley handle malfunctioned. I emailed Champs and they stand by their warranty. The handle is out of stock at the moment so they plan to send out a new case to me! Thrilled by this news. Rarely see that kind of customer service these days! Thank you Champs.

I recently purchased a two piece set The luggage is very light weight and seems well made I am very happy with it I had a small issue with the carry on bag I contacted Champs and they worked with me to solve the problem I would recommend Champs products!

I made a purchase directly on the Champs website and received a 3 -piece set. The medium sized luggage in the set had a clear manufacturers defect, but I only discovered it a few hours before my flight. I travelled with the luggage as is and emailed Champs customer service immediately upon my return to inquire about the warranty. Champs responded right away and had already shipped out a new medium sized bag for me. They did not ask me to reship them back the defected bag which is a huge convenience because its large. It showed up in 2 days at my door, and there was a small care package included (laundry bag, scuff eraser and leather luggage tag inside) for my troubles. I am very happy with the responsiveness, attention and extra care by the brand. I noticed the rollers on the bag I used were smooth, 360 swivel, and the handle was easy to pull up and down even with a fully stuffed bag. My bag was expandable by approx. 3 inches and I left it expanded when checking it in with Air Canada and there was no trouble. It is lightweight and the rose gold colour held up very well on the one trip against the normal wear and tear that airlines put on bags.

I recently made a purchase from Champs through The Bay. As it turned out, the items ordered were not quite what I needed. I emailed Champs, and got an immediate response and later a detailed email telling me how to return the items. They were to be mailed back at my expense ( completely understood). However, there was an option to call and receive a label, paying a reduced price through Canada Post. The lovely lady I spoke to, was very kind, and walked me through the procedure. I just wanted to say that I was so impressed with the quick response, regular communication, and friendly, helpful staff. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.
