Petro-Canada has equally bad service in store and on the phone. Bad information, lies from the employee present. On the phone, he pretends not to understand you, they tell you nonsense. Not patient customers... It's really over, I'd rather run out of gas in the desert than go back there.

Il a un bug dans le système de carte pour lave auto. Ma carte de 90 jours de lavage ne fonctionne pas . Il a 4 voitures derrière moi qui attendent . Je rentre à l’intérieur pour demander de l’aide soit pour un coupon de lavage ou venir ouvrir les portes pour que je puisse sortir. L’employé Kevin me répond ce n’est pas mon problème demande aux autres voitures de reculer. WoW

Never any soap to wash your hands, you have to run to the attendant to get toilet paper and the place to do your business is always dirty. Not great service.

Pump are extreme slow to accept your responses. It's like forcing you to accept the car wash. Toilet is filthy and clog. Waste of time.

Never seen him, being stuck at the car wash and not even coming to help me to find out why and when you go to see him he tells you that he's going to come and he doesn't come…. Well done young man thanks to you I'm going to go see your boss and get my money back and never return wowwww great customer service…. Non-chalant, stay like that
