What a nice store! Clean! The display it's done with a lot of taste. Stuff very professional, make you feel welcome.
Special thank you to Loic at the Bucher department who took his time to explain and educate myself and my husband about the different specialized meat they ate selling!
People like Loic makes you feel like you want to come back witch is not happening everyday.
In my opinion Pasquier it's our Galerie la Fayette in France.

Finally a clean large grocery store. I love doing my grocery shopping in Pasquier because of its great cleanliness, the music, the variety of products, especially the meats.

Very poor service at the butcher shop today 09/20/2024 around 3:15-30 p.m. asked for a rib roast as there was none in the counter I told the butcher that I wanted 1 about 2 K but 1 of the employees tried to sell me a cowboy roast, because there was no rib roast to cut I said that I preferred the rib roast so the employee (butcher) had to ask me to cut one I asked to separate the bone from the meat and the answer from the person who seemed to be the meat manager was that he did not do this cut because the rib roast was on special and that it was delaying them I mentioned to him that there were no other customers (1) waiting. So in the future I will go across the street to IGA or a little further to Métro
PS I left my rib roast in the meat counter because for me Pasquier is finished

Today I went to your store. While I was at the checkout paying for my purchases and putting away my items, one of your employees rudely asked me to open my backpack. He searched it without any apology and left without a word.
What bothered me the most was that other customers stared at me, and this undermined my dignity in public. I was very embarrassed and it made me deeply upset.

Excellent grocery store. On the other hand, we've bought a platter of sandwiches twice (ham, eggs, chicken) and it's simply atrocious. The bread is wet and I feel like they're making trays of old sandwiches and new ones. Very disappointing for the quality of the grocery store.
