Having a bangle enlarged costs $300 and was still too big I went back and sold it for $5 a type of plastic that doesn't hold and can sell me something else for $135 I'm going to see another jeweler $35 to have it reduced
I don't recommend their service at all.

I went to have the batteries changed on 5 watches for a total of 75 dollars, still a steal. The girls tell me that my G Shock watch is no longer waterproof, it's the watch I use for surfing. When I arrive home I realize that she has tightened the battery cover over the sealing gasket. I go back and she puts it back in place. When she tightens the screws, she turns the screw at a 45 degree angle facing the screws and she strips two screws. She also dares to tell me that she has experience. I can clearly see that the owner never took the time to show them how to use a screwdriver. In addition, the ringtone on my display no longer works. So if you value your watches don't go to this place. More incompetence spreading like a virus throughout all commerce and services. Let go of your damn cell phones and concentrate on doing a good job.

I am impressed by the quality of service, prices and speed of repairs. It was my first experience at this jewelry store and the lady was knowledgeable about the modifications to be made to my jewelry and everything was done quickly at a very competitive price.
