None of the pumps work and the cashier responds to say that the pumps are working. There are error codes on the machines, it's impossible to get gas or pay and she insists that it works. In addition, he prefers to talk to his colleague to eat chips during working hours instead of serving customers. I come here 3 times a week but I will never come back here because the cashier gave me such bad service. I do not recommend this gas station at all!

Very often they charge for the Supreme when your choise is clearly regular.
Last time the cashier told me that he cannot do anything about it and that I should be happy because the the quality is better...even if what I wanted was regular.

Probably the worst gas station in Châteauguay. Rude and arrogant staff (so one who can't seem to refrain from making unnecessary comments and not very intelligent).

Mishap with the manager I explained to her my dissatisfaction due to a route error by her clerk for the bus pass, I ended the discussion by saying that I will take note that I will no longer come back for the bus pass (without shouting, without raising your voice) she simply hung up the line on me. Well done the new generation of some rude and disrespectful people!!!!

Really incompetent employee...Also, I paid for a car wash which was not workingAnd, plenty of notes that there is no 89, 91 or 94 essence, which I di not care because I always put 87, but surprise... I was charged the price of 91... the employee was very incompetent and rude, asking me to come another day to speak with the manager, like I have nothing else to do then check at ****-canada when the manager is available

Services is not very good, employee are slow and worst then that one is doing the cashier and the second one stop the second cashier and goes fill up the 2-3 missing bottle and chips on the shelves instead of taking care of the line up of 9 persons in the store. It could have wait a bit, shelves where 4/5 full. I told the cashier and he said thats what their boss told them to do. Even if there is a line up.Bad management at this place.
