Very bad service today at 1633 o asked for ketchup as there was none at the dispenser, the lady at the counter told me there is none, they will have to get in an order. I asked the manager who said he can’t make any promises that I can get some ketchup. He told me there is none after the assistant went to ask him. The gesture he was making when i asked for it were just unprofessional. I think he needs to be reminded that customers who come here have paid a membership(which just increased). Coming back to the ketchup, you are Costco, this place is filled up with ketchup at the back, find a solution instead of telling your paying members that there is none! Shameful behaviour from the manager, a man wearing a white tshirt and blue jeans. I hope that Patrick reads that comment and makes sure that customers are well looked after.

This has gotta be one of the bigger Costcos in Quebec--fully equipped with pharmacy, optical center, and gas station. The context of my visit was Saturday mid afternoon and non-essential products were still off limits for purchasing. This place is so spacious and sparsely occupied by shoppers. It felt almost "empty" by Costco standards. When it was time to pay, I just strolled up to the checkout. Most had only one customer in line or in process of checking out. For a stress free bulk shopping experience, this is the place to be!

Jadore magasiné Chez Costco. Surtout le linge enfants! Mais ces derniers temps jévite cette section parce que les personnes qui y travaillent sont très désagréables surtout une en particulier! Vraiment impoli! Peut être quelle vie une situation particulière...mais chacun de nous a ses soucis! Le comportement de ces personnes gâche mon petit plaisir de magasiner chez Costco! Le reste du personnel est super gentil et très serviable! Je les remercie infiniment! Ils travaillent très fort.

A Costco store that we went out of our way to get to, to avoid long lines at the ones closer around Brossard, on a Friday afternoon. The good: Like most Costco, lots of stuff. They had toilet paper there when all other places were running out of them (start of covid second wave). Lots of sales. Parking is limited but available. The bad: Cashier was king of rude. Plastic cases to hold croissants and cookies VERY fragile, packages kept breaking in our hands. Clothing area is a total mess! There were a few things they were out of that they should not be out of. Wait at cash was short. No waiting outside. Covid restrictions: Disinfected carriages. Sanitizer at various spots throughout the store. Not all employees wear masks, especially when they are leaving for break. No social distancing between customers. No arrows on floor. To be honest l was a little disappointed with the store. Especially when running out of certain articles. But it was quick!

bravo au employers du costcoque malgre la pandemie sont la poir nous servir avec un sourir. prend tout les precautions nessesaires a leurs securite et la notre. super service malgre tout et souriant malgre tout le stresse et par fois des clients disont poliment moin agreable. chapeau a vous touts. sugestion sur les articles limites cest super mais pour des grande famille pas tres pratique es possible avec preuve ou dans notre dossier dajuster en fonction de?

Always happy to comme here came to get guacamole, and dattes, of course I came out with a cart full of things haha. The veggie are always fresh and they always have a lot of options available. I have remove a star because this costco seems to be the only one that don't carry the prana dattes. The store is always clean and I love that the staff is alway friendly. The cooked chicken is always a hit at home and is always warm and fresh.
