. I recently purchased a front splitter for my car from them, and despite it being in great condition, it unfortunately didn’t sit how i wanted it to on my GLI. However, their customer service team was incredibly cooperative and understanding throughout the return process. They handled the situation with professionalism and ensured a smooth return experience. Although the part didn't work out for me, I was impressed by their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.
