Helpful people, quality furniture. Yes one of my orders was delayed by a month and a half but that's what happens when it comes from overseas. Out of three orders, I have nothing negative to say.

Store to avoid absolutely. Once you receive your order, if there is a defect, after-sales service is non-existent. I've been leaving messages and sending photos of my defective TV stand for a year and there's no chance they'll call me back. They are completely making fun of us, a real joke. I don't deserve all the time and energy I put into being able to resolve this problem. Go shop elsewhere, I'm sure you'll get a better price, better quality and better after-sales service.

I do not recommend this brand due to very long delivery times. I waited several months to receive my furniture, and delivery was only made once the entire order was ready. Additional fees apply if you wish to receive available items sooner. Additionally, responses regarding delivery dates were always unclear. Overall the experience was frustrating.

I strongly advise against this brand due to the excessively long wait for furniture delivery. I had to wait several months, and if you order several items, delivery will only take place when all items are ready. If you would like available items to be delivered on a rolling basis, you will be charged an additional fee. Additionally, whenever I asked for delivery date information, the answers were always vague. This experience was very disappointing.

Like others here, I purchased an overpriced piece of furniture here that arrived with a defect. It's been almost a month since I contacted their after-sales service email with no acknowledgement or reply.
Today, my follow up email bounced because their mailbox is full. This level of disregard for customer service should be illegal.

One star is too much for this store's poor service. I am being sold a couch with a delivery date scheduled for mid-February. Given the lack of news, I called and learned that the date had been pushed back to the end of June, 4 and a half months later. I was offered a sofa loan, which I accepted, giving me a delivery date two weeks later. The couch was not delivered and no one informed me. Finally I am told that the temporary couch will be delivered at the end of March. I call to confirm only to learn that nothing has been done yet and that I will be called back later. Terrible service. Lots of calls, wasted time and an empty living room without a couch.
Update April 4, 2024: despite being told that the loan was going to be a new one, we were finally delivered a temporary couch that was visibly used, dirty and full of stains. Admire the photos.
Update July 29, 2024: the couch was finally delivered, more than 5 months after the date initially planned. But the pouf is missing. The delivery people told me to call the delivery service again and after more than 35 minutes on hold, I was told that they would contact me again, but I still haven't heard back.
At this point, I throw in the towel. After unfulfilled promises of deliveries, hours of waiting on the phone, days wasted waiting at home when delivery is not made, a dirty temporary couch, I give up and resign myself to saying goodbye to the integrity of my order. I will have lost $450 plus taxes, hours of frustration and I will be happy to tell anyone who should never do business with Maison Corbeil or Musk or any of their divisions.

Never believe the moment you receive your furniture! It’s always weeks and weeks later! Service by the seller at the store is very average, bordering on arrogant! I'm still waiting for a bed and dining room chairs! A mattress on the floor I can tolerate but I'm starting to get a little tired of eating sitting on the floor! In addition, if you are at the point of waiting for your furniture and you want to get a refund, only an exchange is possible so in the end we are stuck with our purchases or have to wait even longer if we change our order ?♂️! I bought a lot from Maison Corbeil and I think that’s pretty much the end for me there!
