The employees are there when you come to spend on equipment but for after-sales service we will come back. Unpleasant limit at the counter unfortunately. This is not at all the experience I had when I bought $1300 worth of poles.

I went to buy a putter, I received no advice from the seller in fact no seller came to see me after 20 minutes of trying.
My partner went to buy a complete bag, the seller was very nice but had no knowledge of his products.

Women's equipment is all the same thing
It was fortunate that we had informed ourselves a lot before buying, because there was no good advisor on site. We still bought for $2500, I had the impression that the seller only wanted to give his # to use at the checkout to have his%.
I don't think I'll go back to this store, maybe it was up to us to ask for another, more competent seller? Does this happen?

I am a 50 year old woman and every time I enter this store I feel that the arrogant little salespeople think that I am not worthy of their precious time. I come in with the idea of buying but given the lack of interest and the total absence of advice and information that I am given on the products, I ultimately decide each time to leave without buying anything. I have never felt looked down upon by salespeople who are my children's age like that in a store! This store is over for me.

Best customer service I have ever had in my life! I wanted to try two sticks not being sure which was best for me. He gave me several tips/advice, great support and no sales pressure!

Blonde general manager with his little stupid and drooling look. To be replaced as quickly as possible. It shouldn't be difficult to find one who would do a better job than this little bum there. I can understand that this is not the career you want to work in a golf town but show your clients the way.
