After Sunday with the wonderful help from Keenan I will never buy another mattress from any other place. He knew all his products and took the time to give us the best deal possible and he delivered it himself the very next day plus removed and took away my old bed that for anyone without a truck that was a special treat and when I went in that morning before it was delivered and paid the rest of my bill to the lovely owner of the store (jimmy) he was so nice he even said go over and pick out a set of king sheets for your bed I said no I already got a great deal on my bed with two free pillows that Keenan when asked threw them in for me but he insisted that I go get a set of king sheets so I did. This morning now after sleeping on it only one night I did have some questions so I called the store and got to talk to Jimmy again and he put my mind at ease Telling me that if I had any problems with it that it could be returned three months no questions asked as long as you bought the mattress cover which everyone should so yeah I will never buy another bed from any other company then Dows mattress gallery. Thanks so much Jimmy and Keenan. Thank you both for your professionalism.

Worst customer service. We went inside and he didn't acknowledge us even a single time. We went in, we came out but he didn't even bother to look at us. Very poor customer service. Worst experience. Not a good associate. The owner should have a talk with him. Very very dissapointed.

Needed a mattress quickly and stopped by Dow's upon the recommendation of a friend. Unbelievable service!Very helpful salesman who helped us find the perfect mattress in no time. Better yet, it was delivered the next day up a narrow winding staircase to a second floor bedroom.Would never shop anywhere else for future mattress needs...

Worst service ever, I ordered mattress, box spring and frame and chose delivery option and paid $30 delivery fee but when the delivery guy came in he said it’s drop off only, he asked me to open the building door and left it at the door very very disappointed. I would give zero rating if I could. when you ask the customers to pay $30 for delivery it means delivery not drop off at the apartment building door. Everybody make sure before you buy

I question the legitimacy of this business. When you walk through the door it feels like you are a games show, with a sleazy "let's make a deal" salesman. The product is low quality but Jimmy the owner seems to take pride in that. I would not recommend this place.

Would give a lower rating if I could. We walked in needing a mattress for our RV and we were going to buy on the spot.
As we were looking the salesman took customer after customer until we finally left. Guess a guaranteed sale doesn't qualify for good customer service.

After spending weeks in a hotel, waiting for my furniture delivery, I realized that I forgot to order a mattress for the bed. since I urgently needed a place to sleep , not on the floor, i ran to Dow's mattress gallery at 520 on a Friday evening. Jimmy Dow set me up with a beauty of a mattress, better quality and better price than I would have spent elsewhere. He also had it delivered the same day even though i walked in 10 minutes before closing time. Great service with a great guy, thanks Jimmy. Best of luck for continued success!
