My mail carrier has about a 50/50 chance of actually picking up my mail. But no problems delivering junk! No wonder USPS is going under compared to FedEx and UPS.

Terrible service, packages too big for the mailbox jammed in the mailbox damaging them and the other mail. Every day we get a piece of mail that doesn’t belong to us. I went directly to the postmaster about this and it was shrugged off, but good luck calling the 1-800 number, I suggest if you live in Zelienople to sign up for notifications from usps that tells you what mail you are supposed to receive that dayEdit 7/4/23: things have gotten a lot better with our new carrier, way less damaged mail (not his fault) and all of our mail and packages make it in the mailbox or front porch

There has been weekly issues with receiving my mail, my neighbors receiving my mail and my receiving my neighbors' mail since July. I had given the Zelienople Post office the benefit of the doubt. After having bills being delivered late, invoice being 'lost" I had to contact this post office. I had a call with the "Post-Master" last week. Being told that he would address the issue, no pun intended. Only to have my neighbor drop of my mail to me today. When I have mass mailings, I have to go to the Cranberry Post Office as I do not trust the Zelienople office to do its primary mission of delivering the mail. I am only giving a 1-star rating because there is no option for a zero start rating.

They didn't deliver my package and gave no reason why. I went to pick it up and started to give him the tracking number and he says "oh that's not ours but just keep reading it". So he can't find it with the tracking number and he told me he can't use my address to see if anything didn't get delivered. Ultimately he told me they don't hold packages and I'd have to contact the shipper. YOUR THE POST OFFICE!!! Your job is handling packages! The inefficiency of the United States Postal Service never ceases to amaze me.

The employees are friendly, and I’ve been able to ship packages efficiently. I haven’t had a bad experience at this USPS location.

I have been using this post office for almost 2 years to distribute merchandise for the record label I work for. I've had no issues with the staff until recently. The lady with blonde curly hair has been very rude to me since I have started seeing her there and it makes me very uncomfortable coming in. If you see this, please know that I am only doing my job and that I don't mean to inconvenience you with taking our orders. I would like to have a more professional and polite encounter when I use this post office.

Had a delivery issue with a check issued to us by the state as they would not update our forwarding . I called the Zeli post office and talked to Mike.He watched for a re-issue of the check and even sent it to us at our vacation address. This type of service is unheard of...so very professional and appreciated!

Have been living on Perry Highway for the last couple years. Over the last year the mailman has been the most inconsistent delivery man I’ve ever seen. The mail takes weeks sometimes to receive, absolutely terrible customer service.

Have lived on Perry Hwy for 33 years and NEVER had a problem with our mail until we got a new driver after the last FABULOUS mail lady retired. This new guy is horrible - I'm getting mail that's not ours and not getting mail that was SUPPOSED to have been delivered. Sick of it!!!

I moved in the spring and have had no good resolution to issues. My house is at a dead end and our driveway along with the end of the road share a large gravel patch. Although the borough claims they will re-gravel in the spring, the mail truck doing it's daily rough turn around (I think he's going for a donut) is not only digging a ditch in the road but removing the gravel. One day we were receiving a delivery of work truck for my husband and there were 4 people in the end of the dead end area. After the mail was placed in the box, instead of backing up to use the clear road to turn around, he accelerated forward, coming within a foot of 3 of us. Since he didn't clear the fire hydrant, he had to back up and came rather near to us again. Though the window was down no greeting or "oops" or "sorry" or anything. Just now, I was outside in my driveway speaking to our lawncare guy and mailman delivers to my neighbor, makes eye contact with me while he turns around in the road and doesn't deliver to me at all. I stretched out my arms clearly gesturing to say "You're skipping me?" and he drives off. Real professional... because why? Reverse doesn't work on the truck? Or you couldn't stop and motion for me to walk 100 yards to get from you? Or meet me on foot half way?

Nice staff, however, mail is lost or delivered to the wrong address on a weekly basis.
