Awesome dealership. We live in WV but found the car we wanted at York Mitsubishi. They had the paperwork & the car ready when we arrived to purchase. Friendly professional staff, no surprises, and couldn't be happier.

This dealership listed a car for lease and I got a written offer in the email for certain price. It was a very good deal. I even applied for finance online filling in all my info including social. I was hoping to get it next day and called before heading to the dealership to make sure they have it in stock. The person on the called confirmed it's in stock. Then he told me it's not for lease but it's for sale. Sale price is higher than lease price because of the incentives since it's a PHEV car. This was the third car from different Mitsubishi dealers that I got offer and then when I called they said it's not available or not for lease. I think Mitsubishi is using these 2023 models that are unsold somehow as a sales trick and to sell customers the 2024s instead, but off course at a higher price. When I told this to the person (Jason) on the call, he hung up on me.
UPDATE: After having this unpleasant experience, I called another Mitsubishi dealer which had 4 of the same vehicle in inventory and asked if they could lease it. That dealership confirmed that the 2023 model year new cars are available for lease. It was about 2 hours drive from where I lived, but I managed to lease the vehicle with all the incentives (dealer and tax) applied.

KIA/ Mitsubishi dealership in York, PA recently serviced my 8 mo old Mitsubishi Eclipse. Have to say it was the BEST service & customer service experience I have ever HAD! Been at Hyundai, Honda, Ford and they DON’T compare. these guys were amazing !! Professional, on time, and again the BEST service ever and my mitsubishi is the BEST car I got.with GREAT mileage too !

Serviced my 2024 Eclipse Cross here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was quick, and the vehicle was returned with a free wash.
Customer waiting area was quiet, wifi/coffee was available. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other Mitsubishi dealerships.
A standard maintenance package from Mitsubishi was approximately $100 less than Platinum Mitsubishi.
Definitely would recommend, and am considering swapping to this store as my primary service center.

I was looking for a good used car and we Saw a car on the lot at York Mitsubishi. I called them on a Monday evening. We went down and test drove it and it was a delightful experience. Justin did a wonderful job taking care of us. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I recommend them for any new or used vehicle. Thank you.
