Just got humiliated for no reason at the Market St, York branch. Having waited through 3 songs on my radio for the person in front of me to finish, l was already annoyed when it was finally my turn. so dude made a mistake to ask "how are you doing?" I told him l was frustrated to wait so long. After all, l only wanted to deposit a money order made out to me into my personal Wells Fargo bank account. I got my debit card and picture ID. "Chicken" Alfredo Rivera, the so-called Branch Manager would not accept my deposit. "Chicken Alfredo Rivera" acted as if someone had died and made him President. Which even the President would not be stupid enough to stop someone from putting money into his bank. He is unfit to be a branch manager. So because of his incompetence to resolve my simple DEPOSIT, I had to get out of line (l've already been in for 20 minutes now,) find a disability park, get .25 for the parking meter, pulled my walking contraption out of my van and hobble my way to the ATM machine. Transaction done in 5 taps. I realized that none of the bank personnel were recognizable. l have been using this branch for 15 years. Now l see why the long wait and incompetence. All new people who can't think and reason and their leader self glorified in his position, can't lead. Mr. Alfredo Rivera has no business being a branch manager of a tree, let alone a bank. He racially profiled me and decided he was going to get his way, without any consideration for his customer. Someone should tell "Chicken".. only give Black people who are trying to withdraw money a hard time.

Wells Fargo Bank is terrible to deal with. I been getting the run-around for two weeks about a check from the sale of my Condo in Jersey. Knowone can seem to tell me where the check went? I spoke to five different people over the past two weeks. I am being told something different from each person. My next action is get an Attorney to get my check back and then close my three accounts with Wells Fargo.

Made a payment through these guys for my wifi last month and the bank employees somehow lost it. Then this month, only half of my payment went to Comcast and my cable was shut off without warning. Will be switching banks as this service is egregious.

Would not allow my disabled father walking in with his cane an who is also there bank member use there restroom . I feel that i Should not have had to tell them he was a member after they treated him so rude and told him there was no public restrooms. I was very disappointed in them . What a way to treat a bank member!

I am non customer trying to cash a check written off a Wells Fargo account by Car Max, it’s for my brother-in-law who I am POA for, he also doesn’t have an bank accounts so they want me to open account to cash it even though it is being drawn from their own bank.

Two accounts with them and they constantly mess up our change order, then they're absolutely rude to us when we have to count after them and ask for correct change. It's only been a few months ? Hopefully we can switch soon. Confronting them is a nightmare.

I have 4 business accounts and 4 personal with them and will be changing banks. This branch has horrible customer service and customer retention. Even the store manager Brandon is no help after they messed up. This bank went down hill once Tom left a few years ago. I suggest you take your money somewhere else.
