No one in the place wait 10 mins and no one cares so sad,unreal second day here now 30mins me and four other customers just wait like unreal,one lady working alone, like can we get help here

One employee is very loud and on professional when talking to other employees about issues behind the counter. I feel so sorry for the employees I always see the employees doing a great job and being very professional. Especially Ashley Sterner and another one but I can't think of their name. Other than that it's a good bank but this is what I always expect and I hate seeing employees being degraded in front of other customers

It’s a shame that the minimum is 1 star.Asked to close an account, “I am the only banker available to do this and I am fully scheduled for the next 3 weeks”.The worst retail location WF has in the country.

Ok, I called this location to get information on what I would specifically need to open a business checking account. The banker I believe he said Alajadro (very thick accent) was horrible. I asked him if he was a banker and he paused to think about it and then said yes. I had to ask him again because you shouldn't have to think about your position.
I informed him what I was looking for and asked for the documents I would need to bring. He had NO CLUE! He told me if I had access to online to check wells fargo.com. I said I don't and I called to ask you specifically. I waited for 10 minutes for him to locate the information, then he still presented it to me in a "overall" fashion verses saying bring this document, then this document. I said again, I need specifics, stop giving me non specific answers. I ended the call. A waste of my 20 minutes!
