The worst customer service ever, i called in to check if my car payment was posted cause you can't just go down and pay cash anymore,you have to pay online or open a Account to make payments,you pay online you receive no receipts of the transaction.call the bank your on hold for 25mins thanks Thanks Sam, Banister street location for nothing.

I must bring a couple that can no longer drive. All the tellers know the couple and are very polite when they need help or have questions. Catheryn has been very patient also. I’m thankful she understands their situation. She watches over their account, because family refuses to help them.

Jessica has ALWAYS been the most kind, knowledgeable and personable bank teller we have ever worked with. Every.single.visit! I love her great energy and sweet spirit. Thank you, Jessica for always providing me and my wife great customer service. Management, if/when you read this, she seriously is deserving of a raise or at least a free lunch or SOMETHING! Thanks again Jessica, we will see you when we get back from Mexico :)

Bank manager is very rude and IGNORANT!! The way she handled a situation this morning, Monday, March 16, 2020 with a gentleman was inappropriate behavior!! If she doesn't want anyone to sit by her office while she is on a conference call then move the ONLY chair you have to other side of room!! Did you even know why he sat down? Did you care?? NO!! He was only sitting there because the people in line were coughing and hacking, he wanted to stand back and wait till they were finished with their business!! Go back to school and get a clue!! Wrong in so many ways!!

Not customer friendly at all. Their online banking system is a joke, their atms are junk, and this branch is the worst I've dealt with. They change their hours without posting them online so as of today I'm done with them, I've closed my accounts and switched to another bank where I was able to open an account and set up online banking right from my phone. Should have done this a decade ago!

My son has been waiting for a call back for over 2 weeks to find out why he has yet to receive his "bonus" for opening an account at Santander. Ryan promises call backs after talking to corporate and it doesn't happen. Catherine promises call backs and it doesn't happen.
