To our surprise, Cafe needs serious Dept of Health code inspections!! We had pizza and drinks there and thought it was yummy, but immediately after, both my family member and I suffered bad stomach pain and bathroom runs…??
Tables and drink station are always quite dirty... The cashier’s glove in one hand is kinda like decoration, bc when putting pizza in our plates, she was also handling cash, chatting and unknowingly fixing her hair! We really didn’t want to imagine where else she had her hands on behind customers…?
Will not consider eating there again unless improved…It is such a pitty bc we liked the pizza and great selection of drinks! Pls improve, bc we enjoy relaxing and eating after our weekly shopping there. Thank you very much!

I was in store 4/16/24 around 6:20pm. I did my shopping and was checking out. I always use the Scan and Go through the app. I had come on the 16th because I had received a reward through the app of $5 available to use after the 15th. When checking out through Scan and Go, the $5 wasn't coming off. Pre tax, my order was about $203. So I didn't understand. I decided to go through a register with an employee. Everything was scanned and still, the $5 wasn't coming off. I had taken a screenshot in the app of the reward, so I showed this to the employee. She was VERY nice and said she would ask for a manager to come over. Bunny, manager/supervisor, comes over and immediately had an attitude. I explain the situation and show her the screenshot I have. She continues to repeat that they don't honor 3rd Party App rewards. I then explained back multiple times it wasn't a 3rd Party App, it was through the Sams Club App directly and pointed the "Instant Savings Offer" portion of it out as that is direct lingo from Sams Club. Bunny then says that I am trying to scam them. I stood there stunned as I have never had someone be so disrespectful to me. Let alone how embarrassing it is to have someone insult you like this. I further stated I was not trying to scam anyone out of anything and that when I'm already spending over $200, I can clearly afford the difference of $5 but it was the principle of the matter. She stated she wouldn't be removing the $5 and again stated that I was trying to scam them. I said I would be calling customer support and to please suspend my order. I stepped off to the side and immediately called. I got Audrey/Aubrey on the phone who was VERY nice. I explained everything and she worked with me to resolve the issue. She sent me an email to respond back to with the screenshot, which I did. She was able to validate the offer and told me to head to the checkout. The cashier called the manager/supervisor back over. She again came back with an attitude. Audrey/Aubrey asked if I could hand my phone to Bunny, which I did. They talked and Bunny continued to not only insult me by again saying I was trying to scam them but continued to refuse to take the $5 off despite Audrey/Aubrey, who said she was from Customer Solutions, advising her to. I also need to point out that in the beginning, Bunny told me she was a Manager but while speaking with Customer Solutions, tells Audrey/Aubrey that she is a Supervisor. Not only this, while speaking she also admits she doesn't know about the offer I am showing. Audrey/Aubrey asked Bunny to please hand the phone back to me. Audrey/Aubrey then advised me if I checked out with the card I had on file with my account, she would directly refund $5 back onto that card and to just go ahead and check out. I went forward with this and have since verified the $5 has been refunded back onto my credit card.
My point to all of this is Bunny needs retrained. This is a horrendous way to handle customer service. My membership expired last week and I will not be renewing it simply based off of this. I'll go to BJshappily. I have no desire to shop somewhere where someone in power treats customers this way. It was embarrassing for myself when I have done nothing wrong but am being accused of something I am not doing. If she didn't know about the offer, or even if she did, BUNNY should have advised me to call customer support. NOT make accusations. I've worked in customer support myself for 10 years, I've been a shift manager. I don't know what training she has had but she needs to be retrained. I can't be the only one she has treated so awful.
I have contacted Sams Club support directly further about this already but felt this needed to be public for others who may shop there and have a problem.

I pay to shop here why do I have to show my membership at the front door when I cannot checkout without it? Makes no sense.. it’s getting annoying now. Makes me want to cancel.

Nothing different about Sam’s except for the layout. Great experience and the ease of manuvering around was good. The restroom was very clean. Everything that I needed they had in stock. I’ll be back especially when I run out of plates!

Ordered a standing fan and then it never got delivered. Called and talked to someone they promised it would be delivered yesterday or today and said they had one in stock. Just checked email before work today and they canceled the order… York Sam’s this is a joke. Get told one thing but something completely different happens..
