Recently went about 2+ weeks ago for what was causing smoke from my rims the owner (implied " it was rotors & brake calipers " ..which I bought new & it was still smoking then I asked the owner what could it be he said my tires rubbing got new tires "STILL SMOKING AFTER ) ...then owner implied it was (module ) which costs over 800$ ....I stopped there ! Because my car is great with no issues such as .. I knew it wasn't something like that because my car is great ...I ended up taking it to my original" FAMILY" mechanic WHICH I SHOULD DID IN BEGINNING Bt needless to say my mechanic ended up telling me it was my "BRAKE LINE & WRONG YEAR calipers" & said whoever worked previously in my car damaged it " & told me i had wrong year caliper on my car the "premier" mechanicS DID ...my mechanic said my car is special & have to use specific calipers for my car OTHERWISE IT WAS GOING BUILD PRESSURE UP ".from wrong year calipers " .....basically I spent over 700$ at premier including buying new TIRES & ROTORS & etc when "I DIDNT NEED THAT "... bt the issue costed about 200-300$ from my mechanic he fixed it on one try "" not 3-4 tries that I kept coming back to premier to ask them why it was still smoking ..smh bt "...now me & my family can drive to beach no issues I would never go back to premier ...im so happy of my mechanic ❤️✝️?..I WILL SUGGEST JUST GET TIRES FROM THEM " I wouldn't trust anything else honestly.

Yes I forgot to add that I called the police. He said he couldn’t do anything because it’s a civil matter. The only rim that was “flaking” was the rim that your guy ruined. If you touch any of my other rims, nothing comes off. None of my others rims have a scratch on them. I checked my car after the tow and my rims were perfectly fine as I stated in person (not metal straps). What you could do is actually own up to the damage your employee caused and apologize instead of making it seem like I’m to blame. It’s not about “how bad someone did my spray job” . It’s about how bad your shop messed up my rims. The 3 other pictures are my other tires that don’t have a scratch on them even though they were strapped to the tow truck as well. Funny how just the one yall touched it jacked up.

I went to this place for a simple flat tire that needed replaced. I left with scratched up rims and my key to my lugs missing and a new sound. I called the place over ten times with no answer. Found out through another mechanic that they never removed the key to my lugs after putting them on . Then the guy claimed that he never scratched my rims. The owner went on to say that I paid too much for my rims anyways, which was irrelevant. He offered a refund but personally $65 is still not enough to allot from the damaged that has been done to my custom rims. Super dissatisfied and will not be back. If you value your rims, then don’t take them here.

I have lived in York since 2018 and never knew this shop was in my neighborhood. I needed to get my car prepared for inspection and Jared and his staff took excellent care of my car needs, mainly tires and recommending additional work once thoroughly inspected. Great job , great customer service. Thank you gentleman. I highly recommend Premier Tire. Keep up the outstanding work and customer service in the community.

Good service and very kind. I have had bad experiences before when getting my tires replaced, especially when I started out with my first 2 cars and I’ve learned a lot. This company always made sure I had really good tires for a really good price. I will continue to keep going here.

I sent my wife with the truck for an oil change. She was quoted at $114 before they started. When the job was done, a $20 charge was added to top off fluids. not cool. if it went well, we would've came back regularly and recommended the shop to others but, nah. topping off fluids should be complimentary and if it isn't, it should've been mentioned beforehand.

About a month ago or so I went to go get window moldings put on my Accord and two guys were working on it. The guy that was working on the driver's side messed up the back door he made an indentation with a tool then I went back to show him then he tried to say he wasn't the one who damaged it. A job that only cost $180 now will have to get body work done that would be about two grand. Not a place that I would recommend.
