Jamie was getting this 5 star review even before he came to our rescue. We had an heirloom diamond looking to be made into my engagement ring. Jamie was fantastic working with us through the design process, and patient with my little tweaks to the band. He delivered exactly what we wanted at exactly the price point we were hoping to find. Professional and comfortable to work with. <48 hours before our engagement photoshoot, I discovered a stone had fallen out of my band. Jamie to the rescue - had it fixed by the next morning! We will definitely go back to Oletowne Jewelers in the future (maybe an anniversary band!)

I brought a ring in to have made larger and, unfortunately, the stone in the ring cracked during the process. The jeweler was excellent in letting me know what happened and made sure that the problem was taken care of; he found a similar gemstone after some research and replaced the old cracked gemstone. It took a little bit of time, but they stayed in constant communication. The ring turned out beautifully, and I am very thankful for their fine work. I would highly recommend them.

Walked in for a repair as they do everything in house, and they were done same day. It was an extremely reasonable upcharge for expedited service. They were very courteous and professional. The repair blends in and looks just like the original. Definitely would recommend.

I have my grandmothers engagement ring that is over 100 years old. I did not want to reset the diamond but it needed the band and shanks redone. Everywhere else told me it wasn’t worth being fixed. At Oletowne Jewelers they listened and did exactly what I wanted! The ring looks beautiful and will be able to be passed down to my granddaughter in its original setting. Thank you Oletowne Jewelers!
