Typically the staff is very friendly and great at what they do. Today unfortunately for the 2nd time they left a car unattended in front of us which meant we had to slam on our breaks fighting the belt so we didn’t hit the car in front of us. Thankfully the person behind us did the same. Poor management in this regard. Last time we went in to discuss it and he just blew us off and said “what would you like me to do about it?” This time, not even worth my time. Sorry to the rest of the staff that is actually really good. My advice is avoid Sunday afternoons.

Man I wish I never had took my SUV there,, some $56+dollars for a platinum wash in and out came out dirty didn't clean the inside ,. first time there to .I was so mad ? spot's all over the car am very disappointed.. never again ?.

This car wash doesn't offer vacuuming unless they do it & charge way too much! I will not be returning.

Slow is the best word to describe this place. Everyone walks like they have no where to go. I frequently have cleaner from the dash on my windshield and my car is not thoroughly detailed. I really love it when all my settings (radio, temp, and seat) are adjusted when I get back in the car.

Horrible. I got in my car and it was dirty. The floor mats were not done. The inside console wasnt wiped down. To make matters worse, they asked for my receipt proving I paid the titanium package, the preceded to toss the receipt in the trash and I had to ask him to fetch it out that I needed it. A very upsetting service.i wouldn't give it one star however I couldn't post if I didn't

Overall pretty good work done here. There was some glue from a backup camera on windshield that they missed but other than that it was good. They may consider that as detailing, not sure...

I’ve never had a car wash leave my car so spotty! Gas station car washes do much better jobs than here. Save your money.

Thursdays must be the slacking day for the employees. Last time I used this car wash service, I had mats that weren’t clean, dashboard that was still dusty, and back cargo area not vacuumed. I thought I’d try it one more time today. The hatch window was not cleaned at all (inside & outside), 2 floor mats still dirty, gps screen not cleaned, and top of dashboard dusty. I was so sorry I tipped! Never again! PS: I am in my 60’s, retired, and not having kids dirtying up my car, etc)! I paid $32.00 for a job that I had to finish at home!
