If I could get more than five stars for this location, I would. I have had a pleasant experience from the very first time I visited the store. I needed help last minute and on this occasion I called into the store and spoke to Chelsea, who was more than willing to go above and beyond to help me anyway she could. She made me feel at ease and was willing to help me any way possible as for a customer. She was able to get me in last minute and made sure I was fully taken care of. I had purchased a tire in the past from them pretty recently and she took that also into consideration when helping me with the repair of my tire. I cannot say enough great things about this shop!! They are amazing and I truly would use them again in a heartbeat, as well as refer them to anyone. Thank you so much Chelsea for being a great employee and going above and beyond!!

I took in a flat tire from my car for them to fix. They not only found the metal that caused the flat, they found two additional pieces of metal upon closer inspection. Flat fixed, great job!

Had an appointment to get new tires on my Fiancés car. When we got there they took forever to get her car back well to come find out someone sold the tires over the weekend that were meant for her car. We will never be going back to national tire & battery again.

I have walked in to this location a few times now to get some quick things done to my car - Cat at the front desk always is kind and takes great care of you. Very sweet and friendly, so is all of the other staff I have interacted with. Even without an appointment either time they have been very quick and efficient with getting the work done. I will be back again.

Unfortunately, this will be my first and last time using this NTB location. I stopped in for a tire rotation today, and I was the only person waiting for service. I asked how long it would take because I had an appointment to make afterwards. The woman at the counter said it would only take 40 minutes or less for such a simple job. They tried to sell me a full brake job and a new battery. I asked them to just stick with the tire rotation which somehow took almost 2 hours. I missed my appointment due to the mysterious long wait time for a job that should've taken less than 40 minutes.

Got my vehicle towed there because it overheated, dropped fluids and wouldn't start. Their "master technician" checked it out said there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way after recommending I get a tune up, spark plugs and an oil change which costed 300 bucks. A week later the exact thing happened again. I wouldn't recommend this place

Flexible hours, ample deals and offers. Friendly and efficient. It would be helpful if their mechanics were more careful about the interior of the vehicles.

Have dealt with them in the past with success BUT took car for inspection followup and the mechanic got into my car without any protection and got grease stains on my very pale gray seat and and horrible grease on the floor and mat. I was appalled! The asst manager came out and took a look. They had no cleaner and made no offer of reparations. Horrible customer service! I've emailed corporate and have no response yet.

I've been there for tires and batteries. I have to say they usually treat me well and the amount of time seems fair. I see other bad reviews but it's called NTB and that's why I go to them. If you're going to complain maybe you should be more involved with the shops you choose, don't let them talk about you and blast them on the internet and don't wait for two days before showing up. I show up ask questions and stop back if I have time. They have my full attention and I only usually have theirs. I find that they answer my questions and respect that I want to know.
