I have been going to liberty tax for years. And ever since Karisha started it has been an easy stress free process. She's caring and knowledgeable. I actually enjoy going into the office. The time it takes for her to do my paperwork goes by so fast because she actually talks with her clients. She makes us comfortable. We talk and laugh. She bets not EVER leave. Lol.

This is my third year coming into Liberty Tax office for assistance. As always Karisha Seidel does a great job with her services that are offered. The process is extremely fast and she’s very welcoming and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable while doing her job. She remembers all her clients and that makes the process even better in my eyes.

Have been coming here for a few years and will not go anywhere else! The office manager Karisha was very professional and very sweet to our family today. Upon arrival our son was crying and a tad cranky. Karisha offered puzzles, books, and showed compassion to make this appointment go smoothly. I trust coming here, and I would 10/10 recommend.
