I would rather work with them than post a review, but after 6 phone calls to the office which were not returned, here is the review: I had an appointment to do my Pennsylvania taxes, as AARP in Florida would not do out of state taxes. The preparer rushed through the preparation, spelled my husband's name incorrectly, and when I got home and had time to review it, there were numerous errors and omissions. I called immediately to come back in but was told there were no more appointments available, and tax deadline was in 5 days. After numerous calls which went to voicemail and were not returned, I did the taxes and submitted them myself online. The office manager and the preparer never returned my calls. I would give them zero stars for unprofessionalism and for avoiding me rather than working with me.

I made an appointment, then arrived 25 minutes early just to have to wait almost an hour after my appointment time before I became upset and left. It was completely unprofessional
