My experience here was extremely poor. Tax pro originally gave a big number for a refund before forgetting too add documents. Then presented a far lower number. Then proceeded to offer a discount during payment and when payment time came backed out. Would not recommend switching

My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Bill Miskowitz. We had a year in 2022 where we ended up owing a ton of money, and he helped us with our tax forms to successfully get a refund this year 2023. We will go back every year!

This H&R Block processed our return twice so it got denied. Then had us pay $440 out of pocket for two adults and one child dependent, and had us mail our return. So instead of receiving our return in 21 days, it will now take six weeks. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
