“This gym has the best coaches! They are all very welcoming, and they are very good at helping you to correct your form, to help prevent injuries. It's not like the typical gym, where you may feel awkward, or out of place. Everyone makes you feel like a part of the team, and they help you to better yourself :)”

“Stacey comes to my child's Daycare and all the kids that participate have a BLAST. The kids all have so much fun with the different activities she plans each week. She is so involved and teaches our kiddos to do lots of fun things. Can't say enough great things about Monkey Bus!”

“My favorite gym. Has dumbbells up to 150. 4 power racks. Deadlift platform. Assisted unrack bench press. Variety of bars like Buffalo, deadlift, trap, and saftey. Separate power lifting room with a giant Bluetooth speaker you can connect your phone to. Turf strip. Infrared sauna. The owners are great and it’s affordable.”

“I come out from CA 3 or 4 times a year to visit my Dad and this is my go to gym when I'm in Pennsylvania. The place is clean and not crowded and the people are 1st class!!”

“This place is awesome! Matt is so knowledgeable and this place isn't just somewhere to work out- it becomes a family because it has such awesome people to work out with if you are like me and hate to work out alone!”

“I started training here September 2023. I decided on the "small group training". I go 3x/week. Pat and Ryan superstars. They hold you accountable and provide a great training program. Put in the work, and you will see results. I have completed 10 classes total (so far) and I feel great. Keep up the great work, Pat and Ryan!!”

“Very very nice venue for all kinds of activities at York College of PA. The college staff are always very welcoming and the place is kept spotless. I can't wait to watch my twin son and daughter wrestle there.”

“New floors! They allow you to rent this facility for events. My husband use to have a group that would play basketball all the time. I have heard that a religious Organization is blocking others from renting now but I am not sure about that. You have to call to find out the prices.”

“I was temporarily in York for 10 weeks for work and was looking for a Crossfit gym. I tried other gyms in the area and can confirm that Crossfit CDI is the best in York. I was doing Crossfit for a almost a year before I started at Crossfit CDI, and I left in better shape and stronger than I came in. Darren is an excellent coach who can help people of all skill levels. He is an extremely active coach who will help make sure you are using the correct form while simultaneously pushing you to be your best. With Darren having a background in physical therapy he knows the best way to avoid injury and will provide you with additional stretches and movements to help stay loose and active. Lastly, the environment of the class is very welcoming and everyone will introduce themselves. Crossfit CDI has built a great community that you do not find at many gyms, and it makes going to the gym much more enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Crossfit CDI and would recommend it to all people of any skill level!”

“My wife and I trained here for 3 months in early 2020 while we were in town for a job. Unfortunately, COVID happened and then our jobs took us elsewhere. We miss training here and often wish we could come back! I hear they’re back open... Just go. You won’t regret it.”

“Have to say I was skeptical a few yrs back but I tried this place out and liked it as they have some old equipment compare to other places that now have new stuff but it's nice to work out on older machines as I feel some of the older ones seem to hit the muscles I want it to hit . But I haven't gone there lately as I was due to breaking my wrist and arm as I just can't seem to do stuff like I want to with that hand as I think I'll have to have another surgery on it again but just dealing with the pain issues . But I try a few machines they have here to just work on the wrist as there was one machine I never saw before and when I did I didn't know what it's used for . Just like they have a old neck strengthing freeweigh seated thing. Which I think it's just to work the neck idk lol but anyway great place and can be quiet some hrs compared to idk like the old golds gym as I can't say the other name as I haven't been there since they changed the name . But go see for yourself as I know I can spend 2hrs at a shot there just like the other gyms and John the owner I believe is a very nice gym”

“Small but nice and clean. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because the red head at the counter seems like she has better things to do than help people.”

“I hate the gym. I hate working out. For a gym phobe like me this is more tolerable than others. I work out in the movie room. It's my motivation to do something since i get to watch a movie which is something i do enjoy.Week 3 and I've been coming 3-4 times a week. Having the massage chairs is my reward and more motivation.I know, i know, i should just be focused on getting healthy and feeling better. Nope that is not how i work. I need external motivation. Movies and massages is how i get through it.It's a nice gym. I'm sure gym people love it.”

“Started to go back here after many years at LA fitness which suddenly went out of business. So far I'm happy with the place. Sure it's a little old school and the equipment is older but seems well maintained unlike LA fitness where things would be broken for months. I've not seen that here thankfully. The staff and even other members are friendly. I see that they are doing some repairs and improvements which is great to see. Its Usually not too Crowded so I can do my workout with in a reasonable time. They have a pool, racketball and fitness classes available.”

“The potrapotties need to be cleaned more frequently. Gross beyond belief!!! Also there was a Trump rally during a softball tournament - ugh. Shouldn’t have to hear politician garbage during family outings.”

“Yeah, ok. I usually do restaurants and “normal” business reviews, but even I have to stay in shape! Let me tell ya, the biggest thing, single biggest reason, that I stopped going to the gym was because people legitimately would laugh and make fun of me. Not going to hide that fact; I was a big boy! However, while I can’t speak for other PF locations, this one NEVER made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, or like I was bothering anybody. In fact, I felt more like I was just a new member of the family and folks were just waiting for me to initiate conversation. Well, enough about the abstractions and on to the meat and potatoes. This location is SPOTLESS. I served 6 years in the USAF and I absolutely loved Tyndall’s gym. But it always had a smell and equipment wasn’t always being cleaned after use. And that is one of (or was one of) the Air Force’s premier gyms. Not the West York Planet Fitness though! This place is so clean for a gym. It smells clean, looks clean, and I never saw a single person not wipe down the equipment after use. And dear lord don’t get me started on the FREE tanning, FREE massage chairs, and the FREE hydro massage chairs. The bathrooms? Yeah: NO STAINS IN THE GROUT. For all my contractor readers and DYI’ers out there, you know how hard that is.10/10, am going as often as the wife allows.”

“We have been going for 2 years and love it. Friendly people, friendly, herlpful employees and plenty of equipment. If someone is on what you wanted next, sometimes there is another one or you can skip and go to your next exercise then go back. We do go anywhere from 7:00 to 10:00 AM and never have an issue with overcrowding.”
