I previously posted a 5 star review but I am unable to update or delete it, so here's a new one. Like a few others recently the IRS has contacted me about mistakes from past years he did my taxes and I will not be returning because he said he will fix issues like this and is clearly avoiding consequences now. He didn't answer calls and his voicemail was full and didn't return calls when I was explicit in my message that I was calling about an issue with a past years filing, he only called back when I was vague about setting up a new appointment, buyer beware.

I been going to Matt for several years now. Recommend highly. Couple times I needed copies of my taxes for mortgages and could not find mine and he sent me copies at no charge. Professional and expedient.

He messed up my taxes 2 years in a row and I am just finding out. I got a letter that I owe money. I cannot get a hold of him at all. He does not pick up when I call and his voicemail box is always full so i cannot leave a voicemail. He was very rude and dismissive in person when I got my taxes done with him, he spent less than 5 minutes, and did not want to answer any questions I had. I pointed out mistakes that he said he would correct and never did, but he assured me they would be fixed before he submits. He did not show me the final draft before submitting, and he gave me printed out copies of the incorrect ones. 2 years later I find out he did it wrong and I'm having to pay someone else to correct his mistakes. I would not reccomend this guy to anyone. He is awful, extremley unproffesional and rude. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you want your taxes done right, do not go to him.

I dont know what these low star reviews are about, sounds like they are just very butt hurt about something in their past. I went to this guy in March 2020. Lots wrong, including the spelling of my name, school district, and real estate tax amount. Called several times. He hasn't called me back yet. I took the taxes to a guy who knew what he was doing and paid again. Now, I just go to the guy who fixed the mistakes the first time and get my taxes finished in one stop.

Matt is amazing! This was the 2nd year my husband and I used him for our simple return and he had us in and out within 15 minutes! Strait forward, no bull type of guy. We will continue to use matt for as many years as he left in the buisness!

Matt Taylor lied to me and my husband and stated that there were no State taxes and so I would not be receiving a refund because of this. I found out later on after I asked around, that that was a lie!!!!! He kept my money for himself. I will never recommend him and the woman neighbor that answers his phones is in on his lies as well. When he met with me, his office door was wide open and she was listening to the whole lie he was given us with a smirk on her face. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST HIS OFFICE!
