I like to thank Frank the store manager atMt. Rose Ave store for his excellent customer service today. If it wasn’t for him, taking the time out to clean my battery, terminals and check my battery connection, I would’ve wasted money on buying a starter because that what was told to me that was wrong with my car, so I like to thank him very much for his patience and his customer service. Thank you, Frank.

This place rules. They gave me a quote over the phone, I went in the next day, and they actually charged me less than the quote from the previous day. They switched out my dead battery for a new one and sent me on my way lickety split. The whole thing took 15 minutes and now my car works again. Oh, and they also replaced the battery in my key fob while I was there, which took about 2 minutes and cost $5. Great place, A+, will definitely go back in the future.

Went here to get a battery for my car. I know nothing about cars and Frank was there to help ! Helped me get the right battery, put it in and made sure I was good to go ! Excellent customer service 10/10 will be back !

If you are in need of anything battery related, come here! They are super helpful and friendly at getting what you need. I was in to get a replacement car battery and they were super quick with it and gave me a good price. I also came back for a battery terminal, and he got it to me for free. Excellent service.

Not a big box or chain. Frank will remember you and stand by his products and the repairs he makes. He can rebuild power tool batteries. Lots cheaper than buying a new battery- or a whole new tool. Great guy and very honest.

I went here because of years ago I would get replacement batteries for my flip phones. and the gentleman always had in stock what I needed. And plus way back than he also offered and employee discount if you worked in healthcare.Recently went to the battery warehouse on mount rose ave because my Mother needed a rechargeable battery for her cordless house phone. Since I always got great service years ago. I traveled past other stores that offered the same products but was wanting to receive that good old customer service that I had received years ago when I would buy the batteries for the flip phone. Sure enough in stock the batteries for my Mothers cordless phone and plus Frank still offers employee discount for those who work in healthcare. Will be back next time I need those batteries. Thank you Frank for the great customer service.
