I Just bought a 2024 Honda Civic. Halie Snyder was my saleswoman and she was great! She asked me what I wanted, what features, color, price range etc. I then decided on a White Honda Civic Touring. She made it happen for me even though they didn't have it on the Ciocca lot. The car came to the dealership in a timely manner. The car buying experience was great especially as a first time car buyer she made the process easy and comfortable for me and talked me through the whole process. I am so happy with my new Honda Civic and am looking forward to driving it for many years! :)

JD Bis is the best client advisor. He asked questions to help me narrow down what I needed. He was patient, no pressure, and let me come back a few times to help decide what I wanted. Once I made up my mind , he had me all ready to go and done in about 30 mins. I really did feel he treated me like his friend with all his help and suggestions , without pressing me into something I didn’t want or need. It made for a stress free process which is hard to find when you are shopping for a car. I would recommend him to any one looking for a vehicle !

I took my Honda CRV to be serviced! From booking my appointment up to my car being ready, I could not have asked for a more positive and problem free experience. The team was fantastic! I was shopping around for a new CR-V in my area and came across some shady dealers who were only interested in screwing me over. I called Ciocca Honda in York and let them know I was interested in purchasing a CRV, Shortly after John Dollar got in touch with me and we worked out a deal. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I can’t speak highly enough about their thorough process and pressure free way of doing business. During signing of my vehicle I came across an issue with my insurance company. Dollar and Dominik Ott went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my insurance. All in all 12/10 ⭐️ for quick, honest service. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used Honda. And to my Nurse folks (these people would definitely get a daisy award)

Terrible customer service for the service center. Never serviced my vehicle I dropped off, then never called me back after being told I would get a call from the service manager. In all my years of owning a Honda this place is by far the worst service I have experienced. Next vehicle won’t be from them .

After confirming twice over the phone, in 2 seperate calls, we drove 45 minutes one way to reach this dealership only to learn that we can test drive in their parking lot and will be closing in 15 minutes !!! There was some car show happening on the 30. They could have told us that in at least one of the 2 times when we spoke on phone.
We drove back to our town for another 45 minutes and bought a new car from the local Honda dealer the same night !!! And another new car next day from the same dealership.

Called Thursday a week ago and left message for service manager regarding ongoing issues with vehicle. Called again this Monday and left another message. Called again Wednesday morning, was told an email was going to be sent to service manager as well as other managers and someone would get back to me immediately. Today is Friday. Guess I’m going to Mechanicsburg or Lancaster. Such a shame to have to search for service.
