Mark Principi is amazing!! He worked very hard to help us through a very difficult situation and got us to our goal! There were a lot of obstacles. He was always on top of everything, open and honest with the situation and worked with us to get the job done right. He guided us through it all and worked with our Realtors diligently. I used Central lending services for my mortgage. I used mark Principi. He was so informative and helpful. He told me I could call him anytime and he ment it! I called a lot!! He had me approved when others said I would need a co. Signer or I wasn’t eligible. HE MAKES THINGS HAPPEN and he cares. I am very grateful to him and he a company and I will always recommend him. Thank you Mark! I’m in my new home because of you.

Mark is a great guy. Unfortunately i am unable to get approved for a mortgage at this exact moment however he gave me step by step instructions on how to increase my credit to be able to get approved in the near future. 10/10 recommend.

Mark Principi did an amazing job as our mortgage broker. As first time homebuyers my fincee and I were very nervous and stressed in the beginning, but once Mark was involved we knew we were in great hands. I often referred to him as a "bulldog" (I mean that in the best possible way), by how passionate he was to get things done for us, never losing focus nomatter what obstacle. We couldn't have been in better hands and will forever be grateful.
