“10/10 experience. Helped me with a major issue that I could not get fixed locally, I was out of state and they helped me immensely. Allowed me to drop my car off, pay over the phone after the job was completed, and pick up the car after their business hours when I was able to, due to me being out of state. 10/10 service and one of the most fast and efficient ways to handle business I have seen. “I came in on a Sunday afternoon, was instantly greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked through the door. I explained what I needed done and asked if they could squeeze me in; I was given an estimated wait time and was told they'd take care of it. When I expressed concern for an unusual action my car was making I was assured they would take a look and they'd do their best to find the source. After a few moments of waiting I was updated with the information I was looking for. Throughout my time spent in the building, their staff was so kind and professional. Feeding me updates as they came through, giving me quotes of wait time, and an estimate of what the price of parts would be after they needed to be ordered, and setting up another time to come in once said parts arrive. I cannot say enough great things about the team they have here. Super polite, helpful, and professional employees. Highly recommend.”
