This is not right that I have to wait 30 mins on the line because customer service can't add money to my card and then when you go to where you have to add money too its only 1cashier there and a line of people sending and paying bills that will take a longer process them me adding money to my card... when the employee goes to lunch they close that part of walmart and every body have to go to customer service so why not can I add money......

Clean for most part. Not always well stocked on food and animal supplies. Gallon waters usually crushed which is disappointing. HBA, toys, seasonal always neat. Electronics a bit disappointing.

WalMart has a lot of great deals most of the time. As long as it isn’t Christmas returns the customer service desk isn’t bad.
They received a 3 star rating because the store could use more open registers during the busier times of the day and also the bathrooms need to be cleaned better and more often.
If you are running in for something that is needed right away like cat litter, a pair of socks, shampoo, etc you will always find it in stock.
They have great advertised deals and their app allows you to retain your receipts for easy returns and exchanges and purchase history.
The pharmacy is a tad bit slow and there is no one available between 12 and 1 pm because they all seem to goto lunch at that time.

Fifty people in line, two registers open, and the old man behind me kept trying to cut in line in front of me and my crying baby. Do better Walmart, it should not take 20 minutes to checkout.

Ok, new insight...because of the theft increases in the area...even. the deodorant is locked up behind glass, so an attendant must unlock shop for the right one you like, then they take it to self checkout for you until you are ready to checkout. They will hold it for you until then! Sorry state of affairs our country is in...Trump 24 will certainly help!!

I was racially discriminated and was told that I was not allowed to record it because it's private property and I was told to leave when I was going to call the police they told me it's private property that I have to leave I don't know what is going on in this Walmart but no one ever answers the phone no matter where you call on top of that there is no organization going on in here I'm having the police get the video tape pulled for what she did in your Walmart customer service that was against the law and broke so many laws it wasn't even funny and discriminated me
