I'm not sure who they paid for these reviews but they will go days without calling back. I've yet to get a person since Thursday and that's with leaving a voicemail and a call back number. And an email to the man I usually deal with. They messed up our insurance when buying a new house soooo bad. Someone's nephew was employed and stopped responding to important emails regarding our home owners insurance in preparation of buying our house. I was contacted and apologized to, but now.... every damn time...I get no call back or answer. Steer clear of Spotts insurance!!!

Spotts Insurance has been a great partner of mine now for the 2nd time around. Scott Murphy was able to provide great coverage for my needs and the auto/rental/umbrella policy was setup in no time. The team here is excellent to work with and the process was great from start to finish. Would highly recommend Scott and the Spotts Insurance team.

Spotts/penn national has gone above and beyond in helping me switch over AND save money. Kristie is by far the best. She makes everything easy and feels like your talking to a good friend who has your best interest in mind not just some agent clicking buttons.
