Riverfront is worst bank ever

I used to really like this Credit Union. But since they moved from 4th Street to Lancaster Avenue. It's rather inconvenient to make a deposit at this Credit Union. Meaning the location for me is hard to get to and I'm wondering if it's hard for others who were accustomed to go right down to 4th Street if you lived in Reading or elsewhere for that matter, now they're all out of the way and I really don't want to use a ATM to make deposits. I may be leaving this Credit Union. Very disappointing.

Always a great experience going into the branch. The staff are always ready to help. I had an issue with my remote deposit and they knew exactly what was going on and had me figured out in no time. 10/10!

Been with Riverfront CU for 50 years if you include Polymer Employees Federal CU which they merged with. Go there for all my finances. Bought my home through them. They're terrific

This is the third incident that I had to deal with and I’m tired of having to deal with something new each day with riverfront. Today I went to pay for my groceries and I obviously have enough in my account to pay for it and just my luck my card is blocked. Can’t use it. I call the customer service hotline and nobody is able to help me, inform me of why it’s blocked and why I can’t use it. And not only that, the person I had spoken to didn’t even care to help. Then I had informed them about my credit card and why I wasn’t able to use that. He said I only had a certain amount available when obviously i can see it’s a different amount then what he had told me. So if you are looking for a bank of any sort, I don’t recommend at all.

My wife and I had by far one of the easiest and most convenient experiences obtaining an auto loan from this branch. The Branch Manager, Cindy Troche, went above and beyond with making sure that we were taken care of it a timely and professional manner! Kirstie took care of our application and within a matter of 15 minutes, we had an approval and had a check in hand within a matter of only a few hours.We got a great low rate, and a BUNCH of extra perks such as GAP coverage at no additional cost to us. If you're looking for a credit union that provides some of the best customer service in the industry, look no further than this branch of Riverfront FCU!

They need to open their lobby’s!!! This is ridiculous having to wait an hour in line to do my banking. People have to wear masks to enter the bank so I don’t see what the hell the problem is. Drive thru only when you get there, there’s 15 cars in line and you are stuck with your vehicle stuck out on traffic. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Because Jen Wagner was extremely rude to my son while he was talking to her about a loan. She said to him and I quote “don’t talk over me” which is 100% unprofessional ! All because she wanted to up sale him a warranty for a 3000.00 loan for a car . What kind of business woman speaks to clients like this. She just lost a loan for Riverfront because we will be taking our business elsewhere. I will absolutely co-sign for him if that’s what he needs . Had she been patient and explained herself he would have gotten it there. I also own a business and will be telling ALL my clients. UPDATE : Anthony Pomponio of Riverfront a higher up did contact my son and is working on rectify the situation. Thank you Mr.Pomponio for your prompt attention in this matter.

I been a member through 3 houses, two marriages. If it wouldn't have been for Riverfronts overdraft policy I would have lost my home. I don't know if I could have kept my house another with the situation at the time without RiverFront.
