I have a gift I gave my son from this store “Metro” for a party that he was invited to A month out . In a conversation with my son , a week before the party; I asked him : did you try on your pants like I asked you to , and sadly he’s did not !!! Finding out they didn’t fit , went back to the store with receipt in hand to simply exchange them for a bigger size , and apparently I couldn’t because they have a 14 day policy, “NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS!!!” I wasn’t returning them , I paid so they fit , not to return them!!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! RUDE!!!!
