I phoned this store from the road for help with shopping an item. John the owner went out of his way to accommodate my pickup and shipping needs in a difficult situation involving pickup from my recently-hospitalized mom. He was kind, courteous, thorough and efficient. This was not the first time I’ve used the services of this UPS store. On The other occasion, I was also treated with great courtesy and fine service. Kudos to wonderful John and his excellent staff! I highly recommend this UPS store!

Was there yesterday (9/28) to drop a prepaid box. I ask a associate if they could print the label. She yes but I have to email to them, which I did. At no point I was informed that I would have to pay $3 for them to print a single page. Someone printed the label for me and put it on box. At this point I was told my total is $3 for printing the label. I asked why and the associate told me for printing the label. When i asked them why i was not told about this before, i was told will make sure next time we mention it to everyone. How is it going to solve the issue now? It was not the worst part. There was another associate standing near us started to yell at me for no reason. Associate I was talking tried to calm him down but he wouldn't stop. I paid $3 and left the store. Never going back there again.

I am changing my rating after visiting this location a few more times. Everyone that works there is actually extremely friendly and I don’t encounter a pushy attitude like I get from the manager at the Edwardsville location. Friendly service is all you can hope for really, and the employees do a wonderful job with this. Thank you employees!

So I was recommended to go here by the upsp post office ? because they will pack up your stuff for a small fee and ship it for a reasonable price . Prompts because these guys are awesome.
