“For line haul, this is SCR. Go through the gate to the very back and spin around 180 degrees. Drop your tail and the jockey will tell you where to place your lead. The empties are on your left but be careful with your dolly since they are on a hill. Right before you exit the same gate, the office is on your left.”

“My brother had told me how helpful the postmaster is, and, how good the carriers were. I moved here a year ago and i agree with his assessment 100%. One of my packages recently was delivered to the wrong address and the postmaster — Ms. Berti — personally retrieved it and brought it to my house. I couldn’t believe it! Talk about customer service! I always get the help I need from this post office and find the staff to be friendly and accommodating.”

“A playset we ordered was delayed, and we had to reschedule delivery for the following week. I called once I saw the shipment had made it to Scranton and spoke to literally the nicest rep ever. She got a hold of the manager who was able to get our order on the truck that morning and we had it in an hour! She made my son’s day! The delivery driver was awesome and brought it up our gravel driveway!”

“Everyone who works at the post office is friendly, and I never mind going there. Our regular carrier is great. We do have issues now and then when he's off. Our address is a little confusing, so I understand why it happens, just don't really like having to track down packages. My only other issue is that it's hard to get through on the local number. Still, I think they do a good job overall and everyone I've dealt with has always been very nice!”

“Very easy to ship with, especially considering my limited knowledge (was shipping back a damaged item). Did have to ask the woman at the cash register if I was at the right place though since there's really no indication that there's a FedEx operating in there besides information found online. Maybe there's a sign inside that I missed...? They have some boxes and other packaging supplies there if you don't any.”
