Was able to purchase a Covid home testing kit there. Don't ask the Pharmacy, they didn't know that Walgreens sold Covid home tests. Ask at the Front Register.

The worst! Long line and disappointing customers by shortening medications or telling customers it went through an hour ago but now it’s unable to go through insurance issues. I see ppl’s frustration as they are questioning the quantity as to why they are short of their medication . I will no longer get my medication from Cheltenham Walgreen.

The pharmacist sat and played a game on his phone while I was waiting for my prescriptions, then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, (mind you i had a text saying they were ready 2 days ago) and closed up the pharmacy.

If you want to be left on hold and then laughed at by some smug pharmacist because you’re upset because you’re going through physical medication withdrawal from the mistakes made by this garbage facility then go here I guess. Can’t say the company itself is any better, called corporate and was transferred 5 times without being asked. But I have to say the pharmacist standing there laughing at me because I’m sick from lacking the medication they’ve prevented me from having for almost a week was just next level.

Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. I've been without my meds for 5 days because they refuse to work with me or my doctor.My insurance denied my medication, so the pharmacy has to fax one thing over to my doctor so he can get it approved. When I called the pharmacist told me he was sending the fax over as we speak. I called my doctor the next day and he said he didn't get the fax, so the pharmacist lied. Now everytime I call the pharmacy they tell me their putting my on hold and hang up.They're really playing with my life and my health because they can't be bothered to do their job. Absolutely shameful.

I do not recommend, too many times they have not been about their word the pharmacy that is. I get a Perscription sent over and they tell me 45 mins it will be done. I go after the wait and they say “oh we don’t have it in stock we have to order it but it will be here in two days” I say ok , medicine for a child. Three days go by and no medicine . Three weeks go by and this medication has been order but never ever came nor did they suggest anything else . The pharmacy staff never know what’s what or why , they may be nice but they don’t know when or what they have. I don’t recommend , at all . I couldn’t even get my child’s prescription to get from somewhere else because they won’t give me it .

Please never take your Special needs consumers here. They are unprofessional slow and unskilled. Please go to a lab that has experience. This was really awful. 90 minute wait with an appointment. Some folk walked in and was serviced based off the knock they gave on the door. Horrible. Lol. Also there are only four chairs WTH. LOL. After waiting go to another location because the computers are down
