The staff at this location are very kind, welcoming, and approachable! Not even 5 seconds in the door and I was greeted with a compliment on my head wrap☺️. I found everything I was looking for quick and easy, and was especially happy with my size being in stock. There were staff members on the floor and ready to help if needed, and when it was time to check out, there was not a long wait; I was literally in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. This is my first time at this location, I’d normally go to the Parkside location because I’m from West Philly and it’s just convenient. I like this location waaaay better, everything about it is better than Parkside! Here’s a picture of one of three styles I purchased‼️

Went there yesterday it was horrible the manager Ms Michele left me waiting up front for about a good half hour there was no apology for keeping us waiting that is not good manager skills and not polite to the customer at all she could have given me a 10 gift card or something for my patience because me being a manger I would have done that to show my appreciation for the customer waiting for so long or at least apologized.

Horrible customer service they have a black girl that’s dark skin that works there name Nicole horrible customer service. Always have a attitude, if you don’t like your job please don’t work there. I never want to shop there again

I bought a skirt off the mannequin, a small and I'm no where near small but it had the right tightness and stretchiness at the same time and it came with these cute flappy things on the side, making the look of me wearing it even cuter. I did buy some sport sneaks but was disappointed when the shoes I wanted were the right color but the wrong size :( Hopefully they'll get more of those shoes in because I think this may become one of my favorite shoe stores, they have a beautiful shoe collection. Btw, my first time shopping there in Lancaster ceder brook I believe, and the girls were really nice and helpful. God✝️ bless them.
