DEPOSITED A CHECK IN ATM ON SUNDAY, MACHINE MALFUNCTIONED. IT'S TUES NOW. WENT TO BANK TO RESOLVE ISSUE TO NO AVAIL. IT STILL HAS MY CHECK BUT NO CREDIT OR RECORD OF IT BEING DEPOSITED!!!NO WITH MY MORTGAGE DO AND OTHER BILLS MY ACCOUNT WILL BE OVER DRAWN!!!! THANKS TO M&T BANKING. IM SOOOO DONE WITH THEM AFTER 40+YR'S OFF BEING A LOYAL CUST. IF MY ACC. GETS OVER DRAWN, I'M DONE!!!Since posted they have resolved this issue. My account had bin credited with the check the following day.

Been with this branch for many years. I recently moved, of the 20+ places I called & sent emails to change my address, this was the worst! I expected a DNA sample to be their next request. Prior to this, tellers are great, ATM works, but on site customer service not helpful!
