My experience going there for the first time it’s unclear where to park due to the white lines are very faded. The worker came out was very inappropriate with her words and yelling at me to move my truck however, I was parked behind someone else so I assumed that was a parking spot, it was a very uncomfortable situation for me. I will not be returning to my experience. It was very unpleasant for me and very uncomfortable.

You'll need coins or card for washing, but the dryers are coins only. There are some Bill-To-Coins machines on site.
Some machines are not working, right now.

Won’t be going back. Went here before and the dryers do not give you the full amount of time per quarter. Told them about it many months ago and was treated like I was lying about it. Gave them them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go again bc they have air conditioning. Wrong! The air conditioning was broken during the heat wave but air conditioning was working in the area where they have the folding and dry cleaning services. Had the same issues with the dryers not giving the full amount of time. Told the older blonde woman with glasses about it and she was flat out nasty about it. Said “what do you want me to do about it?? I’m not the owner and I can’t fix it”. So I said give me a quarter to give me the proper time since I had 3 dryers that shorted me time. She snapped back “well I’m giving you more time than you lost”
Really?? That how you talk to customers?? They are doing it intentionally
EDIT: Reply to Mitch.
First off, you didn't even address the issue prior when told to you months ago. Second, you did not address the rude behavior of your employee. Which you can ask her which dryers because I showed her.
Thirdly, I am aware of the different dryers and the timing of them. Like I said, it is not my first time there. I was using the big dryers for 5 minutes by the window facing the parking lot. Btw, the one didn't even work because the door would not close.

I came in a few minutes after 9pm, not realizing the time...put my laundry in and money....wouldn't wash....because I was too late. I came back the next day to tell the ladies and they were very rude when they told me there is a sign on the wall that they couldn't give me my $10.50 back. I looked for a sign....have not found one. Therefore after the rudeness of the counter ladies....I will not return to this laundromat. I advise you to stay away also.

I went to Wind Gap laundry while waiting for my washer to be serviced. The laundromat was clean and offered a number of washing machines with very large capacity as well as washing machines with smaller capacity. There are also dryers available. The large capacity washers accept credit cards and their app honors credit cards as well. I have used Wind Gap Laundry in the past and wouldn't hesitate to use it in the future.

I Used to come tanning here my whole adolescence, I loved it. It was fun, welcoming, and always a good experience for me and my friends to tan. The staff was always helpful, kind and inviting. I haven’t been in years due to not wanting sun damage so I decided the other day it always brightened up my day and tanned my skin, So I said I’ll give it a go again. I checked the hours on the site and went in by 640 to tan, being that it stated they closed at 7 on the site. I went in and was greeted by 2 less than enthusiastic older women telling me they’re closed. I told them the site and google stated 7. They said “he forgot to change that” do they actually close at 630 or did they just want to close early due to lack of customers. Either way, an inconvenience but not too bad, until I decided to go back the following day. Leaving plenty of time, I arrived and was extra careful and considerate when speaking to the older woman as I always am, giving her my most respectful voice, etc. finally after purchasing a lotion she asked, “ Do You know how to use the beds?” I explained yes , if they are the same as before. She stated, “ No, they are not, you have to push the BLUE button on the OUTSIDE of the bed after you are done undressing after the 6 minutes (or before) I replied, “ Oh so you don’t have to push the inside button like you used to, She replied, “ No, Push the outside BLUE button.” Okay, (You used to only have to push inside button when ready and the timer didn’t start until the bed started) So I start getting underdressed and applying my lotion and have 3 mins or so left on the timer to undress so I’m ready and push the button, nothing happens the tanning bed doesn’t turn on. I push it again the times counting down all while I’m trying to cover myself and call out “Excuse me, excuse me” , to no avail. So I redress and put my clothes back on and walk out to the worker who’s mid convo laughing with another women, I said it won’t turn on, she said I told you to push the button on the inside!? I was in disbelief as I could’ve sworn she specifically said Do NOT, (albeit no different than before) why would she even need to explain it then if it was the same as before, adding to my assumption ? So I tell her Oh Well the time counted down from 12 to about 8 she replied, “Well there’s nothing I can do once the timer counts down it has to run through its time!” Extremely rude might I add. As if me interrupting her conversation and cigarette break had really ticked her off. I have had no Issues going to this salon out of the probably 5 or so years I attended it, until this woman. So I accepted that I’d lost almost half my time and tanned the remaining amount. I felt so uncomfortable having to exit passed her, She just is very rude, unwelcoming and seems to really dislike her job. That’s not even to add the argument she had with my s/o after I told him what happened. He went in to confront her and ask her what happened and why she didn’t accommodate me for the time lost and she responded ignorantly as expected. I was going to let it go but I feel if they would work on their customer service perhaps the beds wouldn’t always be vacant. I love this laundry/tanning place so I hope they work on the customer service, and train the employees a bit better. If she’s more concerned with getting to her smoke break than helping a customer, that’s an issue. Also my s/o Mentioned during the argument they had that, She could’ve easily solved the issue by providing me with a new bed and reset the timer. She hadn’t done any of that, and stated, “She should’ve asked for that.” I don’t believe it’s my job to problem solve, when I’m just there to tan. If she hadn’t been so rude and dismissive perhaps I would’ve felt more comfortable asking.

I thought this place was clean until I went last night. There was a LIVE chicken sitting one table and someone's dog sitting on another table. Most people put their CLEAN clothes on those tables to fold them after they wash them. I don't want my clean clothes covered in dog hair or smelling like farm animals. I said something to the 2 attendants about it and they said it was ok and that they'd give me a wash cloth to clean the table I was gonna use. Really??? Not cool. I'll definitely be doing my laundry elsewhere from now on.

Probably cleanest laundromat I have ever been too. And all the machines are always working. Other places you tend to always see an out of order sign on the door of machine.

While the facility is clean and functional it’s recommended to put down mats on the floor to absorb water when it’s wet outside. It will prevent being accused of bringing in water from outside as happened today to a customer. Not appreciated. I respect your response but I did not appreciate your employee addressing the customer in the manner in which she did. Most importantly that needs to be addressed.
