Frank is honest, straightforward and overall a very nice guy. I asked if they could deliver same day and he came himself and delivered within the hour. Frank even took to the time to show me how easy it was to assemble the futon. I will definitely come back for any other futon needs. Fair prices and American made ??

After 24 years my original futon mattress needed to be replaced. I was so happy to find The Futon Experience. They had a wide variety of options from which to choose. When they delivered the futon mattress, they noticed my existing frame was loose and took the time to tighten it (so it is like brand new again). Frank made the whole experience wonderful.

I have driven past this store since they opened in 2004 but never had a reason to stop in. Things change and now I needed a nice futon for my new addition. The owner was extremely knowledgeable about the frames and gave honest answers to our questions regarding the mattresses. He was organized and knew his inventory and had everything in stock and helped load my truck as well. He even gave us a mattress cover with our purchase. My experience was very good and I highly recommend this local business to anyone in need of a quality futon. We assembled the unit in short order thanks to some important tips from the owner. My partner and I just moved and we were looking to get a futon so we could use it as a couch and a guest bed. We ended up finding this place in our search and decided to check it out since most mattress stores either don’t have futons or have one or two options. Great selection of futon mattresses, frames, and covers! Good range on price too if you are on a budget. Since they had the different mattress on display we ended up spending a bit more than planned but it was totally worth it. Such a comfortable mattress and it was nice to be able to feel what we were buying! If you’re planning on getting a futon you should definitely check this place out. Nice people as well.

It was such a great experience!! Walked in found exactly what I needed and took the Futon Mattress right home with us!! It was wonderful they had them in stock!!! I highly recommend them!!!

The guy was very nice, but his credit card machine was outdated. We had plenty of money in our account, but his machine wouldn't take our card. We ended up going somewhere right afterwards & our card miraculously worked there. Oh well, his loss.

Yesterday we were mattress shopping and stopped in at the Futon Experience and chatted with Frank. He was very helpful and not pushy. He helped us find exactly what we needed. We asked him about how much he would charge for delivery and he said it was free since we were local. It was after 6pm when we made the purchase and the store closed at 7pm. Frank personally delivered the mattress that evening shortly after 7pm! This was such a great experience. We always try to shop local and shop small but that doesn’t always work out in your favor. In this case, this worked out well! I highly recommend checking out the Futon Experience and speaking with Frank! The prices are reasonable, and the customer service was amazing! We will purchase from there again!
