They have always done great work with my vehicles from painting to replacing a hidden that flipped up when the latch gave up. It's a little bit far from me and I still go out there for alot of my car work especially body work stuff.

I got hit by a deer back in August, in my brand new car! This was the first time I’ve ever used insurance to cover an accident and I didn’t know what to do. Joe, the owner of Car Factory, handled most of the insurance stuff for me. All I had to do was contact my insurance and set the appointment for the insurance adjuster to go look at the car. Joe did everything he could to help me and even fixed another issue I had with my car. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown and the ease of getting the job done! The work done on my car was outstanding! My car looks brand new again…can’t even tell it was assaulted by a deer?.All in all, I highly recommend Car Factory based on quality of work, professionalism, honesty, and the true care shown by the staff.

Needed to get my car frame straightened out. They did a bunch of work, and panels look good. but the structural damage they did not address, the key important part so it could drive properly. I was told by them that they can do it; But it was not done. So my expectations were not meet. I took it to a different shop, and they finished the work.Service: Body & Trim

Somebody punched a hole clean through the bumper of my wife's new car. I called Joe on the suggestion of the local dealership who sold us the car. After viewing the damage, Joe quoted me a price that was more than fair, and, not only is the finished work undetectable, but he threw in a couple of other jobs without charging for them. Exceptional work. I never expected 100% on the repair to my bumper cover. They exceeded my expectations. When they finished, my car looked as good as new. They are not close to me, but were highly recommended by a friend in the automotive industry. When my insurance adjuster saw I was taking it there, he said "They're excellent. They've done work for our customers in the past, and I have had absolutely no problems with them." Even if you're a distance away, it is well worth the drive to get your car fixed right. I hope I never need them again, but if I need any auto body repairs in the future, they are my first choice.Services: Body & Trim
