Twin Locust Barns U-Haul was closed on Sunday but that wasn’t apparent when I booked the reservation. A confusing email was sent to me by this location the day before my rental indicating an update, reservation for 10’ Van when I rented a 10’ box truck. This caused stress on my end thinking I wouldn’t have what I needed for the move. Twin Locust Barns U-Haul didn’t return my call or email.
The remote pick up process via the U-Haul website/app was confusing and circular requiring a phone call to the central 24/7 number. I was then connected to another department where I was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up.
I’ll go back to renting from the Manheim Pike location where there is a human being every day. Never any problems at the Manheim Pike U-Haul.

In December, I bought a 10x10 shed from Twin Locust. The company made my first shed 30 years ago. It held up, but I needed a larger size. I immensely liked Dave, the man in charge. He was a straight shooter and gave me a fair price on the shed I wanted. It arrived a few weeks later, painted exactly the color I wanted, matching our house. A crew of two, using some nifty customized equipment, built a new foundation and set the pre-built shed on it in a couple hours. They also hauled off the old shed. When I noticed an issue with some protruding nails, the company fixed the problem at no charge, under the warranty. Now I have a solid shed that probably will last longer than I do. It's a good company.

Service was great! Love the shed. Would definitely recommend the higher walls with the shelf. Way more storage.

They were very helpful. My day was a disaster and I was late with my return. I was not able to get my Uhaul into the correct spot. I had moved the entire day before then did an overnight shift and I was very tired and anxious. Barbie was kind and able to help me, even tho I’m sure it wasn’t the best beginning to her day! Thank you will recommend to everyone!

We are so happy with our new shed, it was a great choice! Barbie was helpful to stay later than usual to help us make the decision as there are lots of options. Dave, the owner, was helpful also and even offered us a cold drink as it was a hot evening. Even the delivery process was very impressive!! The two young men, Cameron and Mel, who did the delivery knew exactly what they were doing. It was amazing to watch how quickly and smoothly they completed the process of taking away our old shed, leveling the ground for stone and setting in the new shed. I had neighbors commenting on how fun it was to watch them because of how efficiently they worked!

Very nice people. Did everything they could to help me. Definitely will use them again. At the split on the south side of Willow Street. I used them for U-haul, but they also make sheds and other things. Pretty cool inside, they have some antique stuff inside. I don't know what is for sale and what is decorative.

Had a great experience with this company, from start to finish. The prep work and delivery went very smoothly. My shed was done sooner than anticipated. I am very happy with the final results and would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a shed.

My wife and I had a great experience with Twin Locust Barns. They were one of the only places in the area that handles old shed removal, the new shed, AND the stone pad. We needed a retaining wall for ours, and it looks great. They had plenty of on-site options, a friendly and knowledgable staff, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a shed!
