Small business in need of one item and was treated like a Queen. Debbie was fantastic; one of those employees that every business owner knows they are fortunate to have - friendly, knowledgeable, super helpful, thorough, knows her stuff, and has a real solid handle on everything start to finish. Hat's off to Premier for knowing who to have customer-facing. I will refer others and definitely return myself.

For semis w/ 53 ft trailer is difficult. The only way is to take down davisville rd from hwy 2033 (Terwood rd) if you go up Davisville rd from PA 611, you will need to swing wide so you can make kind of “u” turn from the oncoming traffic lane to face the build next door and then back to the docks, I doubt that you can make it this way, there is a utility pole and business signs on the blind side you might hit. Any way you choose is a must to enter facing next door’s parking lot so you can back up. there is no “u” turns possible inside parking lot for 53 ft trailer w/ Sleeper trucks.

Excellent service. Both Debbie and Matt were extremely helpful in finding, and replacing the parts for my older Aeron Chair. Also, the prices were competiive for guaranteed genuine Herman Miller OEM parts (and cost less than the knock offs available on Amazon/ebay).

We arrived and they said we could not walk around without a salesman because they are a "working showroom." Are there non working showrooms? Really have no idea what that meant. Salesman was nice but they are pretty pricey for a standard cubicle.
